- Debian package (*.deb): installation package compatible with the package management of Debian-based distributions
- Archive file (*.tgz): compressed archive for Linux distributions which are not Debian-based

IDS VISION FIRMWAREThe GUF file format (Generic Update File) is a container format for firmware updates. Each GUF file may contain one or more updates for any number of devices. IDS offers the firmware update separated by model variants.
