IDS Industrial Vision Days - registration open
Register now for your preferred location
The IDS Industrial Vision Days in mid-May are a great possibility to get in-depth information on our products and learn more about market trends such as artificial intelligence, deep learning and robot vision. With interesting lectures, product demonstrations and carefully chosen venues, we guarantee an exciting and instructive experience.
Registration is open now! Please click on the registration button below to reserve your free ticket for Leicester (National Space Centre, 14th May) or London (HMS Belfast, 16th May).
First stop Leicester, second stop London
The IDS Industrial Vision Days aim to give you a thorough understanding of AI-based and 3D image processing. You have the chance to see our latest product developments in action, listen to different talks and discuss your questions with our team. Take profit from our experts and learn how your machine vision applications can benefit from new technologies.
The roadshow will take place at two different venues - both as exciting and unique as our products.
Registration and participation is free. We recommend to register early, because the number of participants is limited.

From image to information with on-camera neural networks
Next generation industry builds on interconnected intelligent devices. With our IDS NXT product line of vision app-based cameras, we provide an industrial-grade platform capable of performing pioneering image processing on board. A dedicated FPGA-based accelerator enables users to harness the accuracy, convenience, and versatility of deep learning algorithms.
Renowned neural network models can be implemented using popular frameworks such as Keras and translated for the IDS NXT accelerator. Once loaded onto the camera, the accelerator switches between models within milliseconds and thus quickly adjusts to tasks of varying complexity.
At the IDS Industrial Vision Days, lectures will introduce you to the concept and benefits of artificial intelligence, give you a basic understanding of neural networks and explain the IDS NXT camera family and its potential for industrial applications in detail.
UNLIMIT3D Vision with extended Ensenso series
From pick & place to quality assurance: Ensenso 3D cameras from IDS prove themselves in a wide variety of applications. The next model to join the N- and X-series is Ensenso XR, the first variant to feature on-board processing. This means that it calculates 3D point clouds itself and transfers them via Gigabit Ethernet or WiFi to a host PC for further analysis.
Advantages are faster data processing and lower utilization of network and computer. Ensenso XR is therefore ideally suited for multi-camera systems, since, for example, the load on bandwidth and connected PCs are critical factors for the success of such scenarios.
Learn more about robot vision, applications and success stories at the IDS Industrial Vision Days. Our speaker will also give an outlook on upcoming models such as Ensenso XR - stay tuned!
