Meet IDS at Robotics & Automation - Booth 344
IDS presents new IDS NXT models
On October 10th and 11th, Robotics & Automation in Milton Keynes (GB) will show the latest trends and technologies in robotics and automation. IDS will present the potential of the vision app-based industrial cameras of the IDS NXT product family and its latest member, IDS NXT vegas with 1.3 MP CMOS colour sensor. The latest versions of the uEye LE cameras with USB 3.1 Gen 1 interface enable users to focus liquid lenses remotely via software or API. IDS is also focusing on the Ensenso 3D camera system, which has recently been expanded to include an Ensenso X 5 MP version with IMX264 Sony sensors.
The functional range of classic industrial cameras is usually specified by the manufacturer and can hardly be extended. IDS NXT breaks with this principle and represents a new generation of devices that can be flexibly configured and used.
At Robotics & Automation, IDS will be showing the IDS NXT vegas model with colour sensor, stronger LEDs and integrated "high-power mode", allowing a first look at concept studies of future models and demonstrating in a live demo how industrial applications 4.0 benefit from the vision app-based concept of the IDS NXT product family.
The uEye LE USB 3.1 Gen 1 board cameras from IDS are now also available as variants for the use and control of liquid lenses. At Robotics & Automation it will be shown how these industrial cameras enable optimally focused images at variable object distances. Thanks to an additional board, users can control the focus easily and conveniently via the user interface or programming interface.
IDS will also be showing the Ensenso 3D camera system at the trade fair. Recently, the Ensenso X series has become available not only with 1.3 MP sensors, but also as a 5 MP variant. This results in a larger field of view as well as more image details and reduced image noise.
