New GigE Vision models and extended functionality
GigE Vision firmware release
The new firmware release version 1.3 offers numerous new and useful features for all IDS cameras with GigE Vision support, such as auto exposure, auto gain, subsampling, blacklevel, LUT and gamma.
New standard pixel formats and the new bandwidth management complement the features. Easily manage the available bandwidth in a multi-camera system. (Read the following TechTip.)
The firmware release is accompanied by numerous new GigE Vision models of the compact uEye CP Rev. 2, the versatile uEye SE and the ultra-robust uEye FA camera families, including CMOS sensors from Sony, onsemi and e2v.
From now on, all IDS cameras with GigE Vision support are shipped with the firmware release 1.3. Customers with existing GigE Vision cameras from IDS can use the new update utility to upgrade their firmware.
