Budget-friendly, versatile and extremely compact industrial cameras
The new, cost-optimised industrial cameras from IDS excel wherever the essentials matter. With their small size, the cameras can be easily integrated into a wide variety of image processing systems. Furthermore, all models are 100 per cent GenICam-compliant. This means that you can easily program and operate the cameras with our modern SDK IDS peak.
During development, our team placed great emphasis on a cost-efficient design. This makes the models perfect for price-sensitive and high-volume applications where simple camera requirements are needed. They are used, for example, for analysis tasks in the laboratory, as eyes in autonomously navigating vehicles in production, or for visual support of robots in the field of automation. Like all our products, they are characterised by the combination of "Made in Germany" quality, long-term availability and excellent user-friendliness.
In the uEye XCP and XLE series, you can currently choose between the 2.3 MP global shutter sensor AR0234 and the 5 MP rolling shutter sensor AR0521 from Onsemi. In addition, the 8.46 MP sensor from the Sony Starvis series will soon be available.
uEye XCP: the smallest industrial camera with housing and C-mount
The models in this camera family measure only 29 x 29 x 17 mm (W/H/L) and, thanks to their zinc die-cast full housing and screw-type USB Micro-B connector, they can be used in a wide range of applications in both industrial and non-industrial areas. Their C-mount adapter allows the use of common lens sizes and ensures a favourable system price. Please find further technical information here.
uEye XLE: particularly versatile for every application

Here you can freely select the suitable variant for your application.
