Our camera finder gives you the life cycle of each camera model so that you can take this criterion into account in your camera selection. The following life cycle statuses are differed: In development The model is not yet in series production, but will be introduced shortly. In series The model is in series and available for the long term. Not recommended for new designs The camera model is no longer recommended for new application development. We suggest looking for newer models of the "in series" availability. The availability of the model is fully ensured until its final discontinuation. Discontinued The model has been discontinued. You have the opportunity to secure inventory before the end of the last-time-buy order period. See product discontinuations. For further questions, please contact our sales team.

The GV-50C0FA industrial camera with GigE interface and the light-sensitive global shutter CMOS sensor IMX392 from the second generation of the Sony Pregius series offers a resolution of 2.35 MPix (1936 x 1216 px, pixel size 3.45µm). With up to 52.0 fps and Full HD, it is perfect for high-speed applications, for example in automation or quality assurance. Furthermore, the sensor is predestined for tasks that require a perfect result even in low light conditions.

The GV-50C0FA is an all-rounder in the class of 2 MP global shutter industrial cameras and provides excellent image quality thanks to its enormous sensitivity, high dynamic range and low noise. Thanks to these characteristics, it finds its place in virtually every application. The camera is available in both monochrome and colour versions. The small sensor format with a diagonal of 7.9 mm allows a wide choice of low-cost lenses.

The robust CMOS camera meets the requirements of protection class IP65/67 and is therefore resistant to dirt, dust and splash water. It is also effectively protected from outside influences thanks to matching accessories such as lens tubes and drag chain cables.

Strong and robust: The uEye FA is particularly robust and therefore ideally suited for use in demanding environments such as factory automation. Camera housings, lens tubes and screwable connectors (8-pin M12 connector with X-coding and 8-pin Binder connector) meet the requirements of protection class IP65/67. This means that the models can withstand even the harshest industrial environments.
They are also especially suitable for multi-camera operation: an integrated image memory decouples image acquisition from image transmission.

Camera-internal functions such as pixel pre-processing, LUT or Gamma reduce the required computing power to a minimum.
The extensive accessories, such as lens tubes and drag chain cables, are just as tough. The cameras are also designed for large format sensors and are typically used for machine vision tasks in industrial plants and quality assurance.

Especially tough!

Particularly sturdy thanks to IP65/67

The industrial cameras meet protection class IP65/67 and are therefore optimally protected against dirt, dust and water splashes.

Maximum GigE transfer rate!

Single cable operation up to 100 m

The uEye FA cameras can be operated either with 12-24 V or alternatively via Power-over-Ethernet (PoE). PoE enables practical single-cable operation up to a maximum length of 100m.

It's so easy!

Plug & Play principle

The cameras are automatically detected in the system and are immediately ready for use. Buy a camera, connect it, receive an image - it couldn't be easier!

Machine vision

Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.

Visualisation

Recognize details more accurately - for example, by displaying close-up images on monitors.

Metrology

IDS cameras detect objects and provide accurate information, such as their dimensions or positioning.

Inspection applications

IDS cameras can be used to check for completeness or material defects and to detect defects or bar/matrix codes.

Mechanical engineering

From inspection on the production line to controlling entire systems - camera technology helps to ensure smooth processes.

Process control

Cameras check the material supply in the process and are used e.g. for the intermediate and final inspection of products.
