Product Life Cycle Camera in series production. 🛈 Product Life Cycle Long-term availability is an important aspect when selecting the right industrial camera. Our camera finder gives you the life cycle of each camera model so that you can take this criterion into account in your camera selection. The following life cycle statuses are differed: In development The model is not yet in series production, but will be introduced shortly. In series Camera in series production. Not recommended for new designs The model is no longer recommended for new application development. We suggest looking for newer models of the "in series" availability. Discontinued The model has been discontinued. You have the opportunity to secure inventory before the end of the last-time-buy order period. See product discontinuations. The U3-3560XCP Rev.1.2 industrial camera with SuperSpeed USB 5 Gbps is equipped with the versatile 1/2.6" CMOS sensor onsemi AR0234 (1920 x 1200, pixel size 3 µm, 102 fps). The exceptional shutter efficiency of the 2.30 MPix sensor enables impressively clear and sharp images of moving objects in different lighting conditions. The combination of high-quality global shutter sensor technology and cost-effective uEye XCP camera platform with support for the USB3 vision standard is an optimal, high-performance and long-term alternative for the popular uEye LE camera series with USB 2 interface.

With its practical fully enclosed housing, low weight and screwable USB micro-B connector, the camera can be used in a wide range of applications in both industrial and non-industrial areas. This includes, for example, analysis tasks in laboratories, visual support of autonomously navigating vehicles or the use in combination with robots and cobots in the field of automation.

Like all other camera models of the Eye XCP family, the U3-3560XCP Rev.1.2 is GenICam-compliant and thus compatible with our state-of-the-art SDK IDS peak software.

Please note: If you choose a model without filter glass (monochrome sensor, matchcode component "-NO"), make sure that no dust or other particles get onto the sensor during set-up and use.

Machine vision

Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.

Visualisation

Recognize details more accurately - for example, by displaying close-up images on monitors.

Biotechnology and life sciences

Image processing can be used, for example, to analyse living organisms and biological processes - from swarm behaviour to cell division.

Small device construction

Compact and powerful - IDS cameras can be easily integrated into small devices such as handheld scanners or other portable systems.

Monitoring

Image processing can be used, for example, to record visitor numbers and customer behaviour and carry out entrance controls.

Kiosk systems

IDS cameras are used in self-checkout systems as well as in reverse vending machines and ATMs.
