Product Life Cycle Camera in series production. 🛈 Product Life Cycle Long-term availability is an important aspect when selecting the right industrial camera. Our camera finder gives you the life cycle of each camera model so that you can take this criterion into account in your camera selection. The following life cycle statuses are differed: In development The model is not yet in series production, but will be introduced shortly. In series Camera in series production. Not recommended for new designs The model is no longer recommended for new application development. We suggest looking for newer models of the "in series" availability. The availability of the model is fully ensured until its final discontinuation. Discontinued The model has been discontinued. You have the opportunity to secure inventory before the end of the last-time-buy order period. See product discontinuations. For further questions, please contact our sales team.

The U3-3560XCP industrial camera with SuperSpeed USB 5 Gbps is equipped with the versatile 1/2.6" CMOS sensor onsemi AR0234 (1920 x 1200, pixel size 3 µm, 73.0 fps). The exceptional shutter efficiency of the 2.30 MPix sensor enables impressively clear and sharp images of moving objects in different lighting conditions. The combination of high-quality global shutter sensor technology and cost-effective uEye XCP camera platform with support for the USB3 vision standard is an optimal, high-performance and long-term alternative for the popular uEye LE camera series with USB 2 interface.

With its practical fully enclosed housing, low weight and screwable USB micro-B connector, the camera can be used in a wide range of applications in both industrial and non-industrial areas. This includes, for example, analysis tasks in laboratories, visual support of autonomously navigating vehicles or the use in combination with robots and cobots in the field of automation.

Like all other camera models of the Eye XCP family, the U3-3560XCP is GenICam-compliant and thus compatible with our state-of-the-art SDK IDS peak software.

Please note: If you choose a model without filter glass (monochrome sensor, matchcode component "-NO"), make sure that no dust or other particles get onto the sensor during set-up and use.

The uEye XCP camera family proves that budget-friendly industrial cameras with C-mount can also be offered in the industry's smallest standard format. With their small size and low weight, the cameras can be easily integrated into image processing systems. All models feature a screwable USB3 port (SuperSpeed USB, 5 Gpbs) for Micro B connectors and are 100 per cent GenICam compliant. This means you can easily programme and operate the cameras with our state-of-the-art SDK IDS peak.

Moreover, the cameras are not only highly practical, but also favourably priced: during development, great importance was given to a cost-efficient design. This makes them perfect for price-sensitive applications where simple camera requirements are needed. The cameras are used, for example, for analysis tasks in laboratories, as eyes in autonomously navigating vehicles in production or for visual support of robots in the field of automation.

Smallest housing camera with C-mount!

With USB, I/Os and IP30

The industrial cameras measures only 29 x 29 x 17 mm (W/H/L) and can be used in a variety of applications in both industrial and non-industrial areas thanks to their fully enclosed zinc die-cast housing and screwable USB Micro-B connector. They are available both as models with filter glass (IP30) and without filter glass.

Easy integration thanks to USB3 interface!

Completely Vision Standard compliant

Thanks to USB3 and Vision Standard compatibility (U3V / GenICam), the cameras can be easily integrated into any image processing system. In principle, the cameras can be used with any software, but are particularly easy to operate with IDS peak.

Perfect for price-sensitive projects!

Common lenses can be used

uEye XCP cameras are not only compact lightweights with low power consumption, but also feature a cost-optimised electronic design. The C-mount lens holder also allows the use of standard lenses - enabling a favourable system price.

Customer information:

New USB 3 camera technology platform

Due to the worldwide semiconductor shortage with the resulting significant delivery delays, we have developed a new USB3 camera technology platform in the uEye+ product line (match code U3) with identical housings, connectors, sensors, lens holders and features. Electronic components are in stock, prototypes for design-ins for many models are available. Series production of the new USB 3 camera revisions is being established and will then be continuously expanded. The new USB 3 models are ingeniously supported by our Software Development Kit IDS peak.

Due to the prolonged delivery times for our existing cameras, which can continue to be ordered, we are however only offering the newly developed hardware revisions on our website. You can identify these by the revision number "Rev. x.2".

As an existing IDS customer, please contact our sales team for further information.
