Please enclose the printed RMA note with your return shipment and note the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Goods receipt

After receipt of the returned goods at IDS you will receive a confirmation of goods receipt by e-mail.

Service/Repair

Your complaint will then be processed by our service team and the goods repaired if necessary. If there are any further questions about the repair, our support team will contact you.

Dispatch of goods

After successful repair you will receive your goods back as soon as possible.
