Introduction of an intelligent ERP system to shorten internal processes
"We want to provide a very good customer experience, and do so as efficiently and effectively as possible. To achieve this, end-to-end integrated IT plays a central role," explains Patrick Föll, Inhouse Consultant Digitalisation at IDS. That is why we are introducing the new, intelligent ERP system SAP S/4HANA in our company from the 2nd week of January. It is intended to automate our internal processes to a greater extent and thus make them even more economical and transparent.
For you, our customers and partners, this means more flexible and faster reactions from the first contact to after-sales support as well as to changing framework conditions. "It's so easy" is our guiding principle here also.
Thanks to good preparation, we are confident that the change will go smoothly. However, due to the "settling-in" phase, we ask for a little indulgence in January if your requests cannot be processed with the usual speed.
