The compact U3-3680XCP industrial camera with SuperSpeed USB 5 Gbps features the versatile 1/2.5" 5.04 MPix ON Semiconductor AR0521 rolling shutter CMOS sensor (2592 x 1944 px, pixel size 2.2 µm, 48.0 fps). This makes it ideal for applications with low ambient light or changing lighting conditions. The camera, which measures only 29 x 29 x 17 mm (W/H/L), also delivers high-resolution data for detailed image evaluation in typical industrial applications. Thanks to BSI ("Back Side Illumination") pixel technology, the AR0521 sensor excels not only with superior low-light performance, but also with low power consumption, high sensitivity in the NIR range, as well as low pixel noise.

With its practical fully enclosed housing, low weight and screwable USB micro-B connector, the camera can be used in a wide range of applications in both industrial and non-industrial areas. This includes, for example, analysis tasks in laboratories, visual support of autonomously navigating vehicles or the use in combination with robots and cobots in the field of automation.

Like all other camera models of the Eye XCP family, the U3-3680XCP is GenICam-compliant and thus compatible with our state-of-the-art SDK IDS peak software.

Please note: If you choose a model without filter glass (monochrome sensor, matchcode component "-NO"), make sure that no dust or other particles get onto the sensor during set-up and use.

The uEye XCP camera family proves that budget-friendly industrial cameras with C-mount can also be offered in the industry's smallest standard format. With their small size and low weight, the cameras can be easily integrated into image processing systems. All models feature a screwable USB3 port (SuperSpeed USB, 5 Gpbs) for Micro B connectors and are 100 per cent GenICam compliant. This means you can easily programme and operate the cameras with our state-of-the-art SDK IDS peak.

Moreover, the cameras are not only highly practical, but also favourably priced: during development, great importance was given to a cost-efficient design. This makes them perfect for price-sensitive applications where simple camera requirements are needed. The cameras are used, for example, for analysis tasks in laboratories, as eyes in autonomously navigating vehicles in production or for visual support of robots in the field of automation.

The industrial cameras measures only 29 x 29 x 17 mm (W/H/L) and can be used in a variety of applications in both industrial and non-industrial areas thanks to their fully enclosed zinc die-cast housing and screwable USB Micro-B connector. They are available both as models with filter glass (IP30) and without filter glass.

Thanks to USB3 and Vision Standard compatibility (U3V / GenICam), the cameras can be easily integrated into any image processing system. In principle, the cameras can be used with any software, but are particularly easy to operate with IDS peak.
