Marcel Hübener has been working in the quality assurance department at IDS since 2016. He studied mechatronics and microsystems engineering technology and was initially responsible for software and product releases together with his colleagues. In the course of his affiliation with IDS, he assumed responsibility for the support of mechanical suppliers and technical support in the event of customer complaints. His area of responsibility ranges from problem analyses to the sustainable and prophylactic prevention of errors together with suppliers and other departments.
