Pioneers: Industrial cameras with Sony IMX664, IMX675 and IMX676
Sony Starvis 2 sensors impress with state-of-the-art pixel technology and NIR sensitivity
Compact, cost-effective and powerful in low ambient light: we open the stage for the new uEye+ XCP cameras with the Sony Starvis 2 sensors IMX664 (1/1.8", 4 MP), IMX675 (1/2.8", 5 MP) and IMX676 (1/1.6", 12.5 MP)! With these industrial cameras, we are not only introducing something new to our portfolio, but are also once again among the pioneers in the industrial camera market.
The current sensor technology of these cameras ensures fast fps, remarkably high image quality - and impresses with its high NIR (Near Infrared) sensitivity even when used in low-light situations. The 12.5 MP rolling shutter sensor is particularly recommended for microscopy applications, as its square shape maximises the image circle of a lens.
We are positioning the models in the highly attractive entry-level price segment.
The USB3 camera uEye+ XCP with Sony IMX664 colour sensor is available from a list price of just 185 euros. In addition to the uEye+ XCP models available as of now, we will soon also be offering uEye+ XLS board-level camera variants.
