Time-of-flight as key technology for IDS market entry into price-sensitive 3D applications
Even basic machine vision tasks in budget-conscious projects benefit from 3D data. IDS is therefore focusing on developing its own 3D camera with time-of-flight technology to make spatial depth information accessible in the entry-level segment.
