Series launch for GigE uEye FA + Sony STARVIS 2
High-performance sensors in an IP69K-housing
The highly sought‑after Sony STARVIS 2 sensors will also be available in the GigE Vision‑compliant cameras of the uEye FA series from the end of July. This expands the portfolio with high‑performance models for demanding industrial applications. Available sensor options range from 2 to 12.5 megapixels: IMX662 (2 MP), IMX664 (4 MP), IMX675 (5 MP), IMX678 (8 MP) and IMX676 (12.5 MP).
The combination of uEye FA hardware and Sony STARVIS 2 technology delivers impressive image quality even under harsh industrial conditions: high light sensitivity extending into the NIR range, extremely low noise, and Clear HDR for an extended dynamic range. The asynchronous exposure trigger further ensures reliable results in industrial applications.
With IP69K protection, a lens tube, and an extended operating temperature range, our most robust camera is protected against dust, dirt, and high‑pressure water. It remains fully operational even at temperatures as low as -20 °C.
