uEye CP + Sony Starvis 2 = 20 powerful models for weak light conditions
Expansion of the high-performance ‘Compact Power’ family with sensors from 2 to 12 MP
Sony Starvis 2 sensors deliver clear and sharp images, even in low‑light conditions. They impress with high light sensitivity, including in the NIR range, low noise and an extended dynamic range. This makes them particularly suitable for industrial applications that demand maximum precision and detail accuracy.
These strengths are now also utilised in our compact and fully climate‑compensated uEye CP. We combine the qualities of the five Sony Starvis 2 sensors IMX662 (2 MP), IMX664 (4 MP), IMX675 (5 MP), IMX678 (8 MP) und IMX676 (12.5 MP) with the performance of our compact powerhouses.
In April we will begin series production of ten new USB3 uEye CP models, followed by ten GigE variants in June.
All models operate energy‑efficiently and are ideally suited for multi‑camera setups. In the compact sugar cube format, they expand our portfolio with powerful options for a wide range of industrial requirements, especially in low‑light environments.
