New IDS peak 2.16 release brings tool for reproducible colour perception

In many industrial and scientific image processing applications, reliable and consistent colour reproduction is crucial. Missing reference areas, deviating light sources or non-standardised environments often pose a challenge. Classic white balancing is often not sufficient or practically feasible here.

With the chromatic adaptation, the IDS peak SDK from version 2.16 provides you with the right tool for systematic colour correction - fully adapted to your environment and lighting conditions. The resulting RGB values can be saved and used as start parameters in your application. Time-consuming adjusting cycles during runtime are therefore not necessary.
