Product Life Cycle Camera in series production. 🛈 Product Life Cycle Long-term availability is an important aspect when selecting the right industrial camera. Our camera finder gives you the life cycle of each camera model so that you can take this criterion into account in your camera selection. The following life cycle statuses are differed: In development The model is not yet in series production, but will be introduced shortly. In series Camera in series production. Not recommended for new designs The model is no longer recommended for new application development. We suggest looking for newer models of the "in series" availability. Discontinued The model has been discontinued. You have the opportunity to secure inventory before the end of the last-time-buy order period. See product discontinuations. Whether you want to use the 12.42 MPix Sony sensor IMX545 from the Pregius S series in colour or mono, as a board-level camera or with housing - in the uEye SE family you can choose from various models with GigE interface. This 1/1.1" fourth-generation Sony sensor combines Global Shutter with BSI technology. Another special characteristic are the pixels, which are only 2.74 µm in size and therefore enable a significantly higher pixel density. As a result, the sensor is around 20 per cent smaller diagonally than second-generation Sony Pregius sensors with the same resolution. With the GV-51L0SE Rev.4.2, users benefit from outstanding image quality that makes even demanding machine vision applications easily feasible.

The uEye+ SE industrial camera ((4128 x 3008 px) delivers 10.0 fps. At the same time, it is fully compliant with the Vision standard and can therefore be used comfortably with our IDS peak SDK.

Machine vision

Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.

Mechanical engineering

From inspection on the production line to controlling entire systems - camera technology helps to ensure smooth processes.

Biotechnology and life sciences

Image processing can be used, for example, to analyse living organisms and biological processes - from swarm behaviour to cell division.

Electronics inspection

Cameras can check the geometry of printed circuit boards, detect the presence and absence of components as well as dirt and inspect solder joints.

Small device construction

Compact and powerful - IDS cameras can be easily integrated into small devices such as handheld scanners or other portable systems.

Process control

Cameras check the material supply in the process and are used e.g. for the intermediate and final inspection of products.
