A few object images are enough to prepare detection of the exact position of similar objects on the camera image. Detected objects are processed by a standard industry robot. No PC is required for production, the vision software runs directly on the IDS NXT camera. A wide range of applications can be solved, including packaging, sorting, painting, assembly and disassembly.
