Vision 2D based camera system - position detection

The overall position of rectangular components (anode/cathode/separator) must be transferred to the robot controller. Due to the very high accuracy and component length, two cameras each observe the corner points. From these coordinates, the X/Y offset and the rotation of the components are detected. The solution consists of several inspection stations that inspect simultaneously.
