IDS company holidays and SAP introduction at the turn of the year
As usual, we are taking a short winter break at our headquarters in Obersulm this year. Please take into account in your planning that the IDS headquarters in Obersulm will be closed from 24.12.2021 to 07.01.2022 inclusive. During this time no sales, shipping or delivery will be possible. The last acceptance of goods will take place on December 23rd, 2021 at 12 pm. From January 10th we will be there for you again.
As of the 2nd week of January, we are introducing the new, intelligent ERP system SAP S/4HANA in our company. It is intended to automate our internal processes to a greater extent and thus make them even more economical and transparent.
For you, our customers and partners, this means more flexible and faster reactions from the first contact to after-sales support as well as to changing framework conditions. "It's so easy" is our guiding principle here also.
Thanks to good preparation, we are confident that the change will go smoothly. However, due to the "settling-in" phase, we ask for a little indulgence in January if your requests cannot be processed with the usual speed.
