Equipped with the 5.10 MPix IMX547 Global Shutter sensor from the Sony Pregius S series, the U3-31F2SE Rev.1.2 delivers optimal image results even in changing light conditions. The fourth generation sensor not only features BSI (Backside Illumination) technology, but also a remarkably small pixel size of just 2.74 µm. This means that users benefit from an exceptional pixel density and thus from particularly good image quality. In operation, the industrial camera delivers 75.0 fps.

Thanks to its USB3 vision interface, the industrial camera is uncompromisingly compliant to the Vision Standard and can therefore be conveniently used with our IDS peak SDK.

The uEye+ SE camera is available as a monochrome or colour version.

Machine vision

Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.

Object tracking

Whether in sports, on the production line or in research projects - IDS cameras keep a close eye on objects.

Metrology

IDS cameras detect objects and provide accurate information, such as their dimensions or positioning.

Factory / process automation

Cameras are used in monitoring, control, regulation and optimization systems and help e.g. with localization and selection tasks.

Pharma and healthcare

By using cameras, it is possible to check e.g. whether packaging is correctly filled and printed or whether there are any impurities.

Robotics

With IDS cameras, robots learn to "see" - this enables applications such as bin picking or (de-)palletizing.
