Equipped with the Sony Pregius S IMX546 sensor, the GV-51J1SE Rev.4.2 industrial camera offers 8.13 MPix (2856 x 2848 px) resolution and achieves 15.0 fps. This fourth-generation square sensor maximises the capturable image content of a scene - and furthermore combines Global Shutter and BSI (backside illumination) technology. The small pixel size of only 2.74 µm ensures a high pixel density, so that the available area of the 2/3" CMOS sensor (aspect ratio of 1:1) is optimally utilised. This ensures excellent image quality even in changing light conditions. Thanks to these features and different housing variants - from board cameras to fully enclosed - you can use the sensor for a wide range of tasks.

The industrial camera is fully compliant with the Vision Standard and can therefore be used perfectly with our IDS peak SDK, for example.

The uEye+ SE camera is available as a monochrome or colour version.

Machine vision

Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.

Mechanical engineering

From inspection on the production line to controlling entire systems - camera technology helps to ensure smooth processes.

Biotechnology and life sciences

Image processing can be used, for example, to analyse living organisms and biological processes - from swarm behaviour to cell division.

Electronics inspection

Cameras can check the geometry of printed circuit boards, detect the presence and absence of components as well as dirt and inspect solder joints.

Small device construction

Compact and powerful - IDS cameras can be easily integrated into small devices such as handheld scanners or other portable systems.

Process control

Cameras check the material supply in the process and are used e.g. for the intermediate and final inspection of products.
