For extra resolution and accuracy: With the GV-51R1SE Rev.4.2, you are choosing an industrial camera with a GigE Vision interface and remarkable 24.55 MPix. The high resolution of 5328 x 4608 (pixel size 2.74 µm, 5.0 fps) allows this model to recognise even the smallest details with the utmost precision and without motion artefacts.

The 1.2" Global Shutter CMOS sensor IMX540 is one of the fourth generation sensors in the Sony Pregius S series - outstanding image quality for demanding applications is a matter of course. It features BSI technology ("Back Side Illuminated") and is extremely sensitive to light. This model is therefore also suitable for use in low ambient light conditions.

The uEye+ SE camera is available as a monochrome or colour version. We recommend using it in combination with our versatile IDS peak SDK.

Machine vision

Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.

Metrology

IDS cameras detect objects and provide accurate information, such as their dimensions or positioning.

Quality assurance

IDS cameras are used in different production phases, e.g. by checking completeness or by detecting defects.

Document scanning

Efficient capture of document content, for example for documentation or process automation.

Factory / process automation

Cameras are used in monitoring, control, regulation and optimization systems and help e.g. with localization and selection tasks.

Electronics inspection

Cameras can check the geometry of printed circuit boards, detect the presence and absence of components as well as dirt and inspect solder joints.
