uEye CP Compact and powerful - ideal for space-constrained applications

29 x 29 x 29 mm - ingenious, patented housing design in a compact sugar-cube format

The uEye CP stands for "Compact Power" and is the compact, high-performance powerhouse for industrial applications of all kinds. Measuring just 29 x 29 x 29 mm, it offers maximum functionality with high performance and reliability. Its innovative housing design is lightweight, robust and ideal for space-constrained applications, such as use in multi-camera systems or on robot arms.

High speed, great flexibility

Our industrial camera in standard format is available with both Gigabit Ethernet and USB3 interfaces and supports the GigE Vision and USB3 Vision standards.

With GigE Vision, the uEye CP transmits at a speed of 1 Gbps over a cable length of up to 100 metres and can be supplied with power via PoE functionality (Power-over-Ethernet).

The plug & play principle applies to the uEye CP with USB connection: The cameras are automatically detected in the system and are ready for use immediately. Buy the camera, connect it, receive the image - it couldn't be easier. USB3 ensures transfer rates of up to 5 Gbps.

The practical, screwable 8-pin I/O connector enables a stable and reliable connection in demanding applications. It supports a real-time capable image trigger, synchronised flash signals, a serial communication interface and two GPIOs that can be switched as input and output.

Optimised for multi-camera operation

An integrated image memory decouples image recording from image transmission, making the industrial camera particularly suitable for use in multi-camera systems. This not only minimises the CPU load, but also ensures even more efficient processing of image data. Additional internal camera functions such as pixel pre-processing, LUT and gamma reduce the computing power to a minimum and thus enable smooth operation - even for more complex tasks.

Future-proof and energy-efficient

Thanks to its sophisticated technology and consistent focus on the latest and upcoming generations of high-performance CMOS sensors, the uEye CP is ideally equipped for future requirements. The standby mode reduces the power consumption in idle mode to a minimum and thus contributes to energy efficiency, making the industrial camera an environmentally friendly solution for long-term use.

"The uEye CP combines a compact 29 x 29 mm design with a robust metal housing, flexible connectivity and powerful CMOS sensors - perfect for versatile industrial applications."

100% climate-carbon offset

Plant icon in IDS colours, symbolising the IDS sustainability strategy.

We fully offset the carbon footprint of our uEye CP cameras, allowing them to be called "carbon neutral." To this end, we support the First Climate project "Efficient cookstoves in Uganda". These innovative stoves reduce harmful emissions, lower fuel consumption and help to reduce deforestation. After all, assuming ecological and social responsibility is important to us.
